| Dan Pink on Motivation Has anybody read Dan Pink's "Drive"? I'm reading it now. There are some interesting concepts in that book - reward based motivation vs motivation just because you want to do something. He discusses what motivates you in this video: Dan Pink on Motivation. I'd like your thoughts on the book itself as I try to wrap it up. Is there a book section here to discuss books? |
